21/02/2007 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has granted clearance to the acquisition of sole control of « Oxo » products and derivatives business (« Oxo »), of the US/Germany, by Advent International Corporation, of the US. Advent is a private equity fund. Oxo produces and sells chemical building blocks and derivatives. (cd)
