No qualified majority for or against marketing of GM colouring for flowers

Brussels, 20/02/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 20 February in Brussels, the Environment Council failed to take a stance on the European Commission's proposal to authorise the marketing of a genetically modified colouring for carnations, dianthus caryophyllus 123.2.38.
