Brussels, 22/12/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has approved the proposed acquisition of Huntsman Petrochemicals (UK) Limited by Sabic UK Petrochemicals Holdings Limited, a company of the Saudi group, Sabic. Sabic and Huntsman UK are both active on the markets for ethylene, pyrolysis gasoline, butadiene and fuel oil.
