12/12/2006 (Agence Europe) - On 12 December, the Transport Council reached a general stance on the amended proposal for a regulation aimed at extending the authority of the European Air Safety Authority (EASA) to air operations, to the certification of aircraft and to pilot and cabin staff licenses (see EUROPE 9068).
