Brussels, 23/11/2006 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday the EP's foreign affairs committee adopted by unanimity but with one abstention, the report by Pierre Moscovici (PES, France), who welcomed the progress carried out by Romania and approved its accession to the EU on 1 January 2007.
