31/10/2006 (Agence Europe) - Commissioner Benita Ferrero-Waldner will be visiting Uruguay on 4-5 November, Argentina on 6 November and Chile on 7-8 November. In Montevideo, Ms Ferrero-Waldner will be taking part in the 16th Ibero-American Summit of Heads of State and governments, where she will meet the main leaders as part of a bilateral meeting framework.
