31/10/2006 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 25 October, the Council of Europe Committee of Ministers decided to transfer activities on blood transfusion quality standards and also on organ transfer to the European Pharmacopoeia. The European Pharmacopoeia stems from a partial agreement to which the European Union is party. (oj)
