UK private equity fund CANDOVER has bought Sweden's HILDING ANDERS (annual turnover of around 6 bn Swedish crowns, workforce of 3100), Europe's leading bed and mattress manufacturer, from US investment company INVESTCORP for 9.2 bn Swedish crowns.
