30/10/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Regional Court of Linz in Austria has won the European 'crystal scales of justice' prize for innovation in civil justice. The European Commission and the Council of Europe selected the Austrian court on Thursday at the Fourth European Civil Justice Day. (bc)
