20/10/2006 (Agence Europe) - EU External Relations and Neighbourhood Policy Commissioner Benita Ferrero-Waldner will be in Moscow on 23 October to meet with Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov and President Vladimir Putin's Special Representative for the EU, Sergey Yastrzhembski.
