Brussels, 12/10/2006 (Agence Europe) - Speaking at the EU-India Business Summit, organised jointly by the Union of Industrial and Employers' Confederations of Europe (UNICE) and the Confederation of Finnish Industries EK, in Helsinki on Thursday, Trade Commissioner Peter Mandelson called for a new bilateral trade and investment agreement.
