09/10/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given its green light to plans by Bridgepoint Capital Limited of the United Kingdom to take sole control of Dorna Sports of Spain. The latter manages the commercial rights to several motor courses. The operation, which nudged 626 million dollars, was examined under the simplified procedure. (ab)
