09/10/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given its green light to plans by British equity company, Cinven Limited, to take sole control of Aero Invest 1 S.p.A. This Italian company indirectly controls Avio S.p.A., which is at the helm of a group of companies active in the Aeronautics and defence industry. The operation was examined under the simplified procedure. (ab)
