09/10/2006 (Agence Europe) - The 5th annual Congress on European Defence will be held in Berlin on 23-24 October. The Congress will be chaired by German, Christian Democrat Karl von Wogau and among those taking part will be several ministers, the EU High Representative for the CFSP Javier Solana, NATO representatives, including Jamie Shea, the director of OCCAR Nazzareno Cardinali and many other leading figures.
