The German CENTROTEC company (turnover of €350 million expected for 2006 with 1300 employees), specialised in the manufacture of gas combustion condensers for energy saving systems, has taken complete control of WOLF (turnover €200 million expected in 2006 with 1200 employees), a provider of ventilation and air conditioning system to TUI (80%) and WOLF BETEILIGUNGS (20%).
