AEROCONSEIL, the French engineering group and aeronautical builder, together with some airlines has set up a subsidiary in the US as part of a joint-venture with US firm CAVOK, which will control 51% of its capital. This entity will have a purely commercial role. AEROCONSEIL is expected to attain a consolidated turnover of €100 million in 2006 with a workforce of 1100.
