Brussels, 02/10/2006 (Agence Europe) - Touching down in Ireland before travelling to the Middle East, US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said on Monday that she might meet her German, British, French, Chinese and Russian counterparts in a European capital before the end of the week, to take stock of the Iranian nuclear situation, prior to her returning to the United States. The foreign ministers of the “Six”, who spoke on the telephone on Saturday, are drawing conclusions from the discussions the EU High Representative Javier Solana had with Iranian negotiator Ali Larijani, the French foreign ministry said on Monday.
