02/10/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given the green light to the proposal by German firm E.ON Sales & Trading GmbH to acquire sole control of Dalmine Energie S.p.A., which is active in wholesale gas and retail gas and electricity distribution to industrial and commercial clients in Italy. The transaction was examined under the simplified procedure.
