27/09/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has granted clearance under simplified merger review procedure of: the acquisition of joint control of ACP by MN and Hörmann also of Germany. ACP produces metal structural components for heavy trucks, while Hörmann is active in electrical, machine and construction engineering; the acquisition of joint control of Printemps by REOF and Borletti.
