19/09/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has approved the proposal by Canal Investment SA, which belongs to BC Partners Holdings Limited, and Buziol Investment Soparfi SA to jointly acquire control of Fashion Bow Group S.p.A. (Italy), which manufactures and markets ladies and gents clothing. The transaction was examined under the simplified procedure.
