Brussels, 15/09/2006 (Agence Europe) - EU High Representative for CFSP Javier Solana welcomed, on 14 September, the fact that President Kabila and Vice-President Bemba had finally met “face-to-face”, which is significant, during the meeting of the DRC's Defence Council.
