31/08/2006 (Agence Europe) - According to a flash estimate issued by Eurostat, the euro zone inflation level was 2.3% in August 2006, compared with 2.4% in July. The Business Climate Indicator, however, declined for the second consecutive month, but points to buoyant economic activity for the current quarter, says the Commission.
