Brussels, 25/08/2006 (Agence Europe) - Adopting a statement on Lebanon on Thursday, the Bureau of the EuroMed Parliamentary Assembly (EMPA, or APEM according to the French acronym) backed United Nations Security Council Resolution 1701 calling for an enlargement of UNIFIL (see Europe 9250).
