18/07/2006 (Agence Europe) - As announced (EUROPE 9234), the European Commission adopted on 18 July, a draft regulation for updating the third aviation legislative package. This will not involve changing the whole of the package but rather reinforce provisions on granting licences, hiring plans, Public Service Obligations (PSO), the distribution of traffic rights and transparency of airline tickets.
