27/06/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has authorised the proposed acquisition by Industri Kapital BV, a European private equity firm, of sole control of Minimax Beteiligungs GmbH, currently held by MIMX BV of the Netherlands. Minimax is present in the manufacture and marketing of fixed or mobile fire protection systems, as well as in after sales servicing. The deal was examined according to simplified procedure.
