12/06/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Real Instituto de Estudios Europeos de Zaragoza has now opened enrolment up for the 19th Masters Programme in European Communities and the European Union, which will be held from 27 October 2006 to June 2007. A press release explained that it is being organised in collaboration between the ministry of foreign affairs and the European Commission.
