Control of French software publisher MICROMEGAS (annual turnover 4 million euro, some 50 employees) has just passed to ADP-GSI (sales turnover 240 million euro in 2005, 1,800 employees), a subsidiary of American group ADP, a world leader in human resources management for third parties.
