Swiss bank EFG INTERNATIONAL is about to acquire BMG - BANQUE MONEGASQUE DE GESTIN - from a subsidiary of UNICREDITO of Italy. BMG manages assets of some 1.3 billion Swiss francs and employs 35. The sum involved has not been disclosed.
