TIMETABLE / (eu) steel

The SWISS STEEL group (turnover 1.7 billion euro approximately in 2005, 5,300 employees) has signed an agreement with Italian group AFV ACCIAIERIE BELTRAME (turnover 1.1 billion euro in 2005) to sell it a 65% share in the STAHL GERLAFINGEN group. SWISS STEEL will retain the remaining 35%.
