Brussels, 11/05/2006 (Agence Europe) - Bolivia's President Evo Morales is to make an opening address (around 17h15) at the European Parliament plenary in Strasbourg on 15 May. During the session, the Parliament will thus hear three presidents: in addition to Mr Morales, there will be Mahmoud Abbas, President of the Palestinian Authority, on 16 May at 12h00, and the President of the Greek Republic, Karolos Papoulias, on 17 May at 12h00.
