18/04/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has approved the proposed acquisition of Cookson Group plc, of the United Kingdom by American Company Isola. The two companies, which are active in the market for glass fibre laminates used in the production of printed circuit boards, will continue to face strong competition from imports from Asia, as well as from other competitors in the EEA.
