17/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has granted clearance to the acquisition of sole control of Williams Lea Ltd of the UK by Deutsche Post AG (DPAG) of Germany. Williams Lea provides a wide range of document business process outsourcing services, such as reprographics, mailroom services and printing. Deutsche Post will buy up 75% of William Lea shares for EUR 370 mil. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure.
