Strasbourg, 16/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - The message given to Balkan countries in the Salzburg Declaration at the end of the Gymnich ministerial meeting last weekend (EUROPE 9150) was at the centre of Wednesday afternoon's debate at the European Parliament on the EU Foreign Affairs Ministers' meeting.
