16/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has received notification of the project of German electricity company E.ON to take over Spanish company Endesa, which was confirmed by a spokesperson. Neelie Kroes' services have until 25 April to reach a decision on the existence or not of risks to competition and open a probe into whether the operation can be authorised.
