16/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - In Berlin on 14 March within the framework of the sixth Franco-German ministerial council, French and German Transport Ministers Dominique Perben and Wolfgang Tiefensee signed an agreement to build a new rail bridge over the Rhine between Strasbourg and Kehl, in order to link the French high speed network, TGV, with the German network, ICE, by 2010.
