Commission investigates CIMC's takeover of Burg

Brussels, 14/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - The planned takeover of the Dutch Burg Group by China International Marine Containers (CIMC) is worrying the European Commission, which opened an in-depth investigation on Monday. The takeover involves two of the world's largest producers of tank containers.
