Brussels, 10/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - On 10 March, the European Commission adopted the first preliminary draft amending budget (PDAB) for 2006, whereby the European Commission suggests granting EUR 20.4 million to Bulgaria, EUR 71.2 million to Romania and EUR 14.8 million to Austria after the floods of spring and summer 2005 in these three countries.
