US operator AT&T (turnover of USD 43.86 billion in 2005 with workforce of 190,000) has concluded an agreement to buy out its rival BELLSOUTH (turnover USD 20.55 billion in 2005 with workforce of 63,000) for USD 67 billion dollars including debts of 17 billion euros).
