21/02/2006 (Agence Europe) - The French Institute for International Relations (IFRI) and the National Agency for Technical Research (ARNT) are organising a conference on the academic ranking of universities carried out in Shanghai and how French and European research is perceived in China. Taking part will be Nian Cai Liu, of the Jiao Tong University in Shanghai and author of the ranking (www.ifri.org).
