08/02/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised the project of the German regional bank West LB and Odewald & Compagnie GmbH to jointly acquire ASH Automotive Systems Holding GmbH. ASH is a German holding of the group Westfalia and is active in the development, manufacture and distribution of tow bars and
electrical systems for cars and other light vehicles. The operation was examined under the simplified procedure.
