France's SAGEM COMMUNICATION has created a joint venture in China with GUANGDONG PHOTAR DIGITAL AND ELECTRONICS specialising in fax production and commercialisation for the general public. The newly named PHOTAR SAGEM will be 70% controlled by SAGEM and will have capital of 10 million euro. It will employ 500 people.
