LEGRIS INDUSTRIES of France(turnover close to 470 million euro predicted for 2005) has sold its subsidiary COMAP (joints for domestic water and gas pipes; turnover of 180 million euro predicted for 2005 and 1100 employees), which represented almost 40% of its activity, to the Dutch company, AALBERTS INDUSTRIES for an undisclosed amount.
