Dutch TNT group has sold LOGISTIQUES LADOUX (58.9 million euro turnover in 2004 and 480 workers) to the French freight transport group MALHERBE (turnover 105 million euro in 2004) for an unspecified sum. With this sale, TNT is continuing to disengage itself from the logistics sector, which represented a 3.4 billion annual turnover.
