Belgian group RECTICEL and KINGSPAN of Ireland have come together in a joint venture called KINGSPAN TAREC INDUSTRIAL ISOLATION, specialising in industrial insulation. Each will have a 50% holding in the new company whose turnover is expected to reach 35 million euro in 2006.
