06/01/2006 (Agence Europe) - Regulation 2150/2005 of 23 December 2005, establishing Community rules for the flexible management of air space, has been published in OJ L 342 of 24 December 2005. This Regulation seeks to reinforce cooperation between civil and military air traffic management services within the framework of the implementation of a single European sky.
