Human rights defence organisations bring complaint about arbitrary arrest and torture

Brussels, 29/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - The International Federation of Human Rights Leagues (FIDH) and the Human Rights League (LDH) have stated in a press release that they submitted a complaint to the Prosecutor of the Tribunal de Grande Instance of Bobigny on 21 December "against arbitrary detentions, illegal confinement, torture, and violations of the third Geneva Convention on the fate of prisoners of war", as "it would appear (...) that the American intelligence agency (CIA) has,...
