Brussels, 20/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - On the initiative of Justice and Home Affairs Commissioner Franco Frattini and Social Affairs, Employment and Equal Opportunities Commissioner Vladimir Spidla, the European Commission is expected to adopt a communication in Brussels on Wednesday on a Policy Plan on Legal Migration.
