20/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has granted clearance to the acquisition of sole control of Kwintet A/S (KT) of Denmark by Industri Kapital 2000 Ltd (IK) of the UK. IK is a private equity company and KT is active in industrial professional wear. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure.
