Brussels, 15/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - The constitutional committee at the European Parliament chaired by German Social Democrat Jo Leinen adopted, in Strasbourg on Thursday (22 votes to 2 and one abstention), the report by Andrew Duff (ALDE, UK) and Johannes Voggenhuber (Greens/EFA, Austria) on the reflection phase begun by the EU after the European Constitution ratification process was interrupted.
