22/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - In a press release published on 9 November, the London-based European Medicines Agency announced a new agreement with the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), extending their confidentiality arrangements related to medicinal products for human and veterinary use for five more years, allowing the two sides to exchange information as part of their regulatory processes and post-marketing surveillance.
